Refund & Return Policy
It is our endeavor to provide you with the best possible customer service. We permit returns and exchanges as long as the products are:
- Unused and unwashed
- Defective or damaged
- Returned in saleable condition
- With original packaging, tags, and invoices
In case of fragile items, please share a video of opening the package if you claim that you have received a defective or broken item.
Return Request
You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package at jutecraftbaazar@gmail.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
We will respond within 24–72 hours with an appropriate solution.
Refunds & Credits
- Returns on discounted products will be issued as store credits (excluding COD/shipping charges), valid for 3 months.
- Refunds for non-discounted products will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.
- Refunds may be processed via NEFT.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges, please mention the required size in your initial email.
Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
- Return pickup charges of ₹300 will be applicable.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers must courier the product themselves.
