Shipping & Delivery Policy
Ready Stock Orders
Orders for in-stock items are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 2–12 working days after dispatch.

There will be two delivery attempts. Delivery timing: 8 AM – 8 PM.
Custom Orders
- Dispatched within 3–5 days
- Delivery up to 15 days
- Non-refundable & non-cancellable
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD orders are confirmed via phone before dispatch.
Delays
You will be informed via email in case of delays.
Address Guidelines
- Provide correct address & contact details
- Do not accept damaged packages
- Report issues immediately
Order Not Received
Check tracking or contact us if delayed.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled due to unforeseen issues. Eligible refunds will be processed.
If cancelled due to unavailability, 100% refund will be issued.

Multiple shipments may show as separate entries.
